Ordering
Do I need a business account to order?
No. SupplyRift is open to everyone. Shuls, schools, offices, and households all order from the same catalog.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order a single case or a full pallet.
Can I order by the case?
Yes. Most items are sold by the case, and the pack count is listed in the product title and description.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not left for delivery, we can usually update it.

Where do you deliver?
Throughout Brooklyn, New York. More areas are coming soon.
What does delivery cost?
Orders under $250 have a flat $15 delivery fee. Orders of $250 or more are delivered free.
How fast will my order arrive?
Next business day. Weekend and holiday orders go out on the next business day after that.

How do I get my account pricing?
Once your account is set up, log in and your pricing applies automatically to every item. Email us to get set up.
Can I order tax-free?
Yes, if your organization qualifies. Submit our tax exemption request form and we will review it and update your account.
